“My artwork explores identity, spirituality, and the African American experience through drawing, mixed media, and printmaking. I create images that tell stories about resilience, hope, and the strength of the human spirit, often inspired by personal experiences, observations, and history. My years as an educator, illustrator, photographer, and graphic designer have shaped the way I communicate ideas through fine art.
